We respect CommentGuard. They built the category. Here is how ROAS Shield is different — and where they are still the better fit.

Where they win
Where CommentGuard is the better fit
We are not the right tool for everyone. If any of the below applies to your team, CommentGuard might serve you better than we will.
Generic Page community management
CommentGuard supports broader Page-comment workflows that are not focused on paid ads. If most of your moderation work is on organic posts rather than ad creatives, CommentGuard may fit your team better than we do.
Longer track record on the Meta App Review
CommentGuard has been through Meta App Review more times than we have. We are a newer, ads-focused entrant and we will earn that track record over time.
Enterprise-tier custom contracts
For very large agencies that want bespoke MSAs, custom DPAs, and named TAMs, CommentGuard offers an enterprise track that we have not built yet.
Our wedge
Where we believe ROAS Shield wins
Ad-first by design
Every comment in the inbox shows campaign, ad set, and ad context. You can filter by campaign, see which ads attract spam, and tune rules per-ad. Generic comment moderators do not know which ad a comment is on.
Volume pricing for paid-ads teams
£199 per month for up to 1,000,000 comments. Predictable pricing for high-spend advertisers who do not want comment volume to become a procurement conversation.
Honest UI on the rough edges
When we cannot map a comment to an ad, we say so honestly and surface a manual-mapping action. We do not paper over Meta API gaps with confident-looking UI.
Run the numbers on your own ad spend
Pricing scales with comment volume, not seats. Start a 7-day trial without a card.
