Which Meta permissions do you request?

We request the nine permissions Meta requires for ad-comment moderation: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, instagram_basic, instagram_manage_comments, instagram_manage_insights, business_management, and ads_read. We do not request ads_management or pages_messaging in v1.

Do you delete comments?

By default, no. We hide comments instead, which preserves the audit trail and keeps the comment recoverable. Auto-delete is schema-blocked unless an Owner or Admin explicitly opts in per rule with a high confidence threshold. Buyer-intent comments are never auto-deleted.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

You can start your trial without entering payment details. You get full access to a Trial workspace with a $5 AI spend cap. At the end of seven days, you choose a paid tier (or downgrade to a free read-only mode while you decide).

Where is data stored?

Data is stored on DigitalOcean Managed Postgres in the EU region. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM and a versioned key header. Tokens never reach the browser. We provide a GDPR-compliant data deletion path on request.
